Verition Fund Management LLC (“Verition”), a prominent global multi-strategy hedge fund, has partnered with Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) to introduce its first internship programme in Dubai. This 16-week immersive initiative aims to provide talented university students, including UAE Nationals, with hands-on experience in global finance.
Interns will rotate across various investment-focused groups such as Credit, Fixed Income & Macro, Convertible & Volatility Arbitrage, Event-Driven, Equity Long/Short & Capital Markets, and Quantitative Strategies. They will also gain insights into essential non-investment functions like treasury, operations, and legal/compliance. The programme will be hosted in-person at Verition’s Dubai office in DIFC, offering personalized mentorship and exposure to the firm’s entrepreneurial culture. Applications will open in the coming weeks for undergraduate students studying finance, economics, or related fields.
